Keltic Financial Services provided a $5,000,000 revolving line of credit to finance a new company, Columbia Systems International of South Carolina, LLC.

Columbia Systems International of South Carolina, LLC was formed from the acquisition of the assets from the bankruptcy estate of Partition Systems Incorporated of South Carolina plus the merged assets/liabilities of affiliated companies Galaxy Hardware, Inc. and National Specialties, Inc.  CSISC is a manufacturer and distributor of commercial restroom partitions, lockers, compatible hardware, and washroom accessories.
