Executive Vice President / Chief Credit Officer

Oleh joined Keltic in September 1999 and today is the Chief Credit Officer for Keltic Financial Services. Prior to joining Keltic, he spent six years at Fleet Capital Corporation (formerly Sanwa Business Credit Corp.) where his last position was Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager. While at Fleet, Oleh was responsible for a portfolio of 63 accounts with over $1 billion in commitments – the portfolio consisted of diverse middle market clientele comprised of public and privately held companies in various industries, including retail, steel, paper, chemicals and computers.

Oleh is a member of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA).

He holds an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. degree in Economics from New York University.
