Antanas (Tony) Liobis

Senior Vice President and Senior Underwriter

Tony Liobis serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Underwriter. Tony has more than 25 years of commercial lending experience and joined Keltic Financial Services after a very successful career in asset based lending, most recently as First Vice President with Israel Discount Bank of New York where he managed a $100 Million loan portfolio, which included some of the banks largest relationships.

Prior to Israel Discount Bank, Tony was Senior Vice President of Bank of America Business Capital and its predecessor organizations, where he served as loan administration manager and managed the underwriting, credit approval, closing and account management of new business transactions, with total commitments in excess of $250 Million. Past experience includes roles as Vice President for the Asset Based Lending Group for Citibank and Vice President of Credit and Operations for Glenfed Financial Corporation.

He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA), Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Garden State Credit Association.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.
