Keltic Financial Services announces the recent funding of a $3,750,000 senior secured Revolving Line of Credit and Term Loan for Excelso Coffee.  The facility was comprised of a $2,500,000 Revolving Line of Credit and two term loans totalling $1,250,000.  Excelso Coffee is the largest coffee roaster in Georgia and has a 30-year history of providing a wide variety of quality coffee blends with extraordinary taste to customers in 37 states.  Atlanta Coffee Time provides servicing and distribution of coffee, tea and break area products to over 2,000 small, medium and large offices in the greater Atlanta area. Keltic Financial Services announces the recent funding of a $5,900,000 Senior Secured Credit Facility consisting of a $4,000,000 Revolving Line of Credit and a $1,900,000 Term Loan to Abercrombie Textiles, LLC, a domestic weaver of flat woven upholstery fabric for the residential, hospitality, health care, recreational vehicle and transportation markets. Keltic Financial Services announces the recent funding of a $1,500,000 senior secured revolving line of credit to Dakota Craft, Inc.  The company, headquartered in Rapid City, SD is the preferred supplier of lumber, building materials, and structural components to individuals and professional builders in the northern plains region.

Keltic Financial Services announces the recent funding of a $1,750,000 senior secured credit facility consisting of a $1,500,000 revolving line of credit and $250,000 term loan to Sasco Safety, LLC.  The company, headquartered in Barnwell, LC is a manufacturer of highway safety products that has established a manufacturing and distribution facility in Barnwell, SC.

Keltic Financial Services announces the recent funding of a $2,110,000 senior secured credit facility consisting of a $1,750,000 revolving line of credit, and a $360,000 term loan to Classic Packaging Company.  The company, headquartered in Phafftown, NC is a custom printer, laminator, and converter of poly bags and films.

Keltic Financial Services announces the recent funding of an $8,925,000 senior secured credit facility consisting of a $7,500,000 revolving line of credit, a $925,000 term loan and a $500,000 Cap Ex loan to Whitley Products.  The company, headquartered in Warsaw, IN is the leading and largest Tier Two supplier of fabricated tubular products serving the diesel engine, agricultural and off highway industries.

Keltic Financial Services recently funded a $4,375,000 senior secured credit facility comprised of a $4,000,000 revolving line of credit and $375,000 term loan to Hair Systems, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hair Systems Europe Limited.  The company, headquartered in Englishtown, NJ, is focused on the customized development, manufacturing, and packaging of high quality hair color, hair lighteners and related hair care products.

Keltic Financial Services recently funded a $2,000,000 Senior Secured Revolving Line of Credit for KVL Audio Visual Services, Inc. and its family of affiliated companies. The company, headquartered in Ardsley, NY, is one of the largest suppliers of audio visual equipment rental and staging services in North America. KVL supports conference centers, conventions and trade shows, and fulfilling the meeting and presentation needs of businesses and organizations of all sizes from locations in New York, California, Colorado, Washington, DC and Illinois.

Keltic Financial Services, along with its co-lender, Amalgamated Capital, the New York-based leveraged finance division of Amalgamated Bank, has recently funded a senior secured revolving line of credit for Apollo Retail Specialists, Inc.  The company, headquartered in Apollo Beach, FL, is a DBA of DDP Holdings, LLC, a Palm Beach Capital portfolio company.  They provide specialized teams for Retail Construction Service, Resets and Projects which provide retail merchandising, new store set-up, and product re-set services for retailers.  The company operates from facilities in Apollo Beach, FL and Mooresville, NC.

Keltic Financial Services funded a $3,500,000 Revolving Line of Credit to LanceSoft.  The company, headquartered in Herndon, VA, is a global IT Services and Solutions Company.  LanceSoft provides advanced information technology solutions and consulting services to a host of corporate clients in the BFSI, LifeSciences, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail and various federal, state and local government agencies, across crucial markets.  LanceSoft has a demonstrated ability to integrate diverse technologies into a seamless enterprise technology delivery platform.

Keltic Financial Services funded a Revolving Line of Credit for Lava Lite, LLC.  The company, headquartered in Elmhurst, IL, is the original designer and manufacturer of the iconic Lava Lamp and other visually entertaining novelty lighting products.  Lava Lite is the only manufacturer of the trademarked Lava Lamp and the only brand name in the novelty lighting category.  The senior secured facility is backed by accounts receivable and inventory.

Keltic Financial Services funded a $2,000,000 revolving line of credit to Stern Companies, Inc. and two subsidiaries, Stern Assembly, Inc. and Stern Industries Incorporated.  The companies, headquartered in Baxter, MN, are engaged in the sales representation, manufacture, assembly and distribution of polymer and rubber-based products; servicing the automotive, recreational vehicle, municipal utility, sporting equipment, industrial waterworks and agricultural markets.

Castle Brands, a developer and marketer of several beverage alcohol brands, established a $5,000,000 revolving credit facility with Keltic Financial.  The asset-based credit facility provides for borrowings up to $5 million for working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes.  The company intends to use the new Keltic facility to repay its remaining debt and provide $2.8 million of additional liquidity. The company, headquartered in Mifflintown, PA is the premier supplier of pellets in the Mid-Atlantic region.  They manufacture wood pellets for residential and industrial use and sell to retailers in the U.S. and Canada.  In addition to their headquarters and manufacturing plant in Mifflintown, they also have a manufacturing plant in Quebec, Canada.

Columbia Systems International of South Carolina, LLC was formed from the acquisition of the assets from the bankruptcy estate of Partition Systems Incorporated of South Carolina plus the merged assets/liabilities of affiliated companies Galaxy Hardware, Inc. and National Specialties, Inc.  CSISC is a manufacturer and distributor of commercial restroom partitions, lockers, compatible hardware, and washroom accessories.
