• Borrowing needs between $1 Million and $10 Million
• Annual sales of $10 Million to $100 Million
• Manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, or service provider
• Privately-held company or small public company
• Experienced an operational or financial challenge
• In business a minimum of two years, with exception of management buyout
• May have seasonality in the business

Keltic Financial Services typically does not provide financing to clients with the following customer characteristics:

• Need for a cash flow or inventory-only loan
• Retailer, healthcare provider, real estate or construction company
• In business for less than two years
• Under-collateralized
• High sales concentration (over 50%)
